ALL BENACO AUCTIONS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, AND ARE UNRESERVED BUYING: All buyers are required to register either on the day of the auction or inspection day, which is normally the day before the auction. A registration fee applies to all bidders. It consists of a $200.00 refundable deposit made payable by either Cash, Interac, Visa or Mastercard . The deposit is completely refundable at any time during the auction provided the bidder has not successfully bid on any of the items being sold. SELLING: Once you have decided to sell your assets through Benaco you can rest assured knowing that they will be professionally prepared and displayed for all prospective buyers to view before and during the auction. PAYMENT: All successful buyers are required to pay for their purchases within 24 hours of the auction, by either Cash, Interac or Certified cheque. All payment details will be announced at the beginning of every auction by the auctioneer and will be available from the sales office at any point before, during or after the auction.
